CuCr50 contact (Infiltrated)
This contact material is used in vacuum arc-extinguishing
chamber. It has been tested for several times
by Siemens Company in Germany and all the properties
have met the technical requirements of the company.
It has passed the type tests of the vacuum circuit breakers
of 12kV/12.5kA, 20kA, 31.5kA, 40kA, 50kA or 100kA and
40.5kV/20kA, 25kA or 31.5kA in China. It enjoys
very good reputation in the industry of China and is
the prior choice of many vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber
manufacturers.
CuCr45 contact (VAM) This contact
material is applied to vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers.
It has the microstructure characteristic of fine and
homogeneous distribution of Cr particles in the Cu base.
Its properties are similar to that of CuCr45 (VAM) manufactured
by Siemens of Germany. It has excellent comprehensive
electrical property and has passed the type tests of
low-voltage vacuum circuit breakers of 380 ~ 1140V/65kA,
80kA.
CuCr40 contact (VAM) This contact
material is applied to vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers.
It has the microstructure characteristic of fine and
homogeneous distribution of Cr particles in the Cu base,
and thus has excellent comprehensive electrical property.
It has passed the type tests of highly-reliable
miniature vacuum circuit breakers of 40.5kV/31.5kA.
CuCr25 contact (VAM) This contact
material is applied to vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers.
It has the microstructure characteristic of fine and
homogeneous distribution of Cr particles in the Cu base,
and thus has excellent comprehensive electrical property.
It has passed the type tests of highly reliable miniature
vacuum circuit breakers of 12kV/25kA, 31.5kA or 40kA.
CuCr25 contact (Sintered) This
contact material is applied to vacuum arc-extinguishing
chambers of 12 ~ 40.5kV. |
